Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

  1. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the cost of the package.

  2. We partner with reliable courier services such as India Post, DTDC, and ST Couriers.

  3. Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 7 working days, or earlier, from the date of order placement.

  4. We ship orders Monday to Saturday. Shipping is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Disclaimer

  1. All products are securely packed in tamper-proof packaging.

    • If you find the package tampered or damaged, please do not accept the delivery.

    • Kindly return it to the delivery personnel and email us at mykreationz2016@gmail.com with your Order ID. We will take immediate action.

    • If the package is accepted, it will be considered as received in proper condition.

  2. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services. However, we will fully assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues through our logistics partners.
