Order & Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded by the customer.

  • MYKreationz reserves the right to cancel and refund any order without prior customer approval in cases such as:

    • Incorrect information provided in the order

    • Inventory errors due to manual entry

    • Issues beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, manufacturing delays, etc.)

  • If an item is found to be out of stock, a refund will be processed via UPI ID or bank transfer.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns will not be accepted for minor color variations or the feel of the fabric, as slight differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

If verified, we can:
